I recently reorganized my bedroom – everything from under the bathroom sink to the closet and dresser. I keep some must-haves in my nightstand as well as a basket of styling tools underneath. I realized there is no reason for me to have 3 curling irons and 4 hair brushes when I only use one of each. Time to donate. I’ve also simplified my bedside drawer to only hold the necessities. Here’s what I keep in my nightstand.

Candle
I have candles throughout the house, but I recently found this copper one at Anthropologie and I’m obsessed with the Orchid Mint scent. I’m not sure if it’ll get burned; I am worried I’ll never find a replacement. But nonetheless, it’s always important to have candles in the bedroom.

Book
I recently started the book How to Be Parisian Whereever You Are and it’s so good. I’m trying to make a habit of reading more often throughout the day as well as before bed.

Lip Balm
I’ve tried plenty of lip balms, but I’ll always swear by Burt’s Bees Original. It stays put all night long and keeps me moisturized year-round.

Hand Cream
As part of my clean beauty effort, BeautyCounter has become my go-to. This body butter smells wonderful and goes on smooth without any extra grease. I doubt I’ll ever use any other moisturizer.

Foot Cream
I cannot go to bed without smooth and moisturized feet. I’m constantly going through tubes of this pedi cream by Julep. It’s so so good.

Cuticle Oil
I have naturally dry cuticles and need to take extra care of them (especially in winter months). I love this cuticle oil that brushes on and doesn’t make a mess when you apply it.

Sleep Mask
Some mornings I don’t wake up at the same time as my husband. That’s when a sleep mask is a must. This one was inexpensive and feels lightweight and soft on my skin.
